Nick created his BBQ sauce recipe about ten years ago. He fell in love with cooking and enjoyed trying new recipes on his smoker; he just couldn't find the right sauce to compliment his fixings. His greatest passion, though, is being able to share his favorite meals with others. Each of our kids have their favorite meal: fried fish & homemade chips, baked beans, ribs & wings, pulled pork nachos, BRISKET & burnt ends, hot dogs & hamburgers. The possibilities are endless!​

The last couple of years have been difficult as we have battled through illness and raising our kids. We were always looking for a way to give back to our community. We were certain we would never be able to show everyone just how thankful we were through such difficult times.  This has given us an opportunity to reach out to so many. Serving friends & family, donating to churches & fundraisers.  We will always be grateful for the love and generosity we were given.
